Liability Waiver

(Inflatables and games)

1. No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. (Please note if the Inflatable is picked up or returned in a dirty condition then the person or party renting it will incur a cleaning fee)

2. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges must be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to anyone using the equipment and causing harm to the Inflatable

3. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired)

4. No smoking, barbecues or open flames on or around the Inflatables, tents or any rental items.

5. Climbing, hanging, flips, or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.

6. Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Refer to the manufacturer instructions posted on the inflatable or call us for clarification.

7. Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

8. No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at any time.

9. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous.

10. Ensure the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all time. Ensure no persons go near the blower or tamper with electric at the rear of or relating to the inflatable.

11. In the event of light rain it is advised to keep the inflatable running, rain covers should help keep the bouncing area dry. In heavy rain, leave the equipment inflated, everyone must exit and not re-enter until the rain stops and the inflatable is dried (any wetness and bubbling can be dried with a towel). The inflatable should not be turned off in the event of rain as the air pressure will stop water entering. Turn off immediately if there is thunder and lightning.

12. No person(s) shall be permitted to use any of the equipment whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs & / or any other intoxicating substance.

13. If wind speeds (including gusts) are forecast over 25 mph, the inflatable will be cancelled as per regulations. Inflatables that have been setup are to be turned off if wind speeds increase and the inflatable looks unsafe (Beaufort Wind Scale 5 – small tress sway in the wind). If wind speeds are forecasted at 25 mph or higher on setup, the booking will be cancelled for user safety.

14. Our staff will setup the equipment considering all anchoring and safety aspects, and therefore the equipment must not be moved. Photographs may be taken as evidence of correct setups and the inflatable should still be inflated when the staff return to collect unless exceptions overrule (see point 12 & 14, overnight rentals)

15. Do not allow individuals with a medical condition that puts them at risk of injury to use the equipment (i.e. brittle bone disease or temporary injuries etc.), this also includes persons with a history of neck / back problems.

16. Do not let anyone play on the inflatable without adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation of the Inflatable.
